Another Global E&C Employee Joins the Graduate Apprentice Scheme
Document Controller, Brian Massie, signs up to Robert Gordon University's Data Science Degree

Global E&C is committed to Creating Opportunities for Our People – one of our five Core Values.
As part of the efforts to ensuring talent development, we are delighted to continue working with Robert Gordon University for a fifth year on the fully funded Graduate Apprentice placements scheme.
Our Senior Document Controller, Brian Massie, now joins the GA scheme to undertake a three year Data Science degree. This course is set to strengthen Brian’s understanding of the techniques behind the mathematical principles & artificial intelligence of our digital platforms.
There is now, more than ever, a significant emphasis on repositioning the workplace as a learning environment & Graduate Apprenticeships allow universities to extend access to degree-level studying, while minimising time out of the workplace.
The structured training to degree level sees our GA’s academic studies blend with work-based learning, allowing them as students to contribute positively to our business while bringing their education to life.
Ensuring employees have the right skills to meet our business needs is a key element of our organisations long term strategy to ensuring talent development & retention.
