Capabilities/Expertise
Shutdowns & Turnarounds (TARS)
In line with our brownfield offering, our teams regularly support customers during shutdowns and TARS. Our agility and wider service offering gives us significant competitive advantage, as we can react quickly to deliver unplanned work scopes that can materialise during TARS.
Campaign Construction
We have developed our own methodology for delivering construction campaigns. Called PACE, it sets the benchmark for delivery, assuring campaigns are executed safely, on time and on budget.
Reduced Engineering & Survey
Where like-for-like equipment replacement is required our construction teams, with the support of our onshore survey and engineering departments, can develop simplified engineering drawings without the need for specialised teams and equipment, reducing costs and potential impact on project deadlines.
Electrical & Instrumentation
Electrical & Instrumentation services is one of our core competencies and we have extensive experience of delivering complete electrical and automation projects for major operators offshore both during TARS and while assets have been fully operational.
Onshore Facilities
Our Global E&C Fabrication facility is based at the Nord Centre next to Aberdeen harbour, with direct access to the quayside. Comprising three covered workshops, it is fully serviced with overhead cranes, extensive yard space, and has 24/7 security cover and CCTV.

Our multi-disciplined teams are designed to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our construction campaigns and ensure uptime is maximised.
Digital & Technology
Digital transformation is key to our success as a challenger EPC business. We knew the industry had a bad problem in making good data decisions, so we took matters into our own hands and developed our own solution, a digital eco-system called Slingshot.
Access Solutions
Our specialist access capabilities allow us to identify and develop cost-effective and safe solutions for accessing worksites in difficult, confined or hazardous environments. From splash zones, to under deck, up a derrick or within concrete leg platforms, our teams have the experience, capabilities and procedures to access all areas safely.
Accommodation Solutions
We deliver creative architectural and technical solutions for the offshore environment, with a specific focus on modular build services and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems.
